- You are at least 18 years of age for purchases of long guns (rifles and shotguns), or at least 21 years of age for purchases of handguns, as required by federal law.
- You are legally permitted under federal law, Texas law, and the laws of your state of residence to purchase, receive, and possess firearms, ammunition, and related products.
- You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under the Gun Control Act (18 U.S.C. § 922) or any other applicable federal or state law.
- All information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we have reason to believe a customer does not meet these requirements.
2. Products and Availability
a) Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.
b) Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time without prior notice.
c) Regulated and Restricted Items
Certain products sold by Saddle Rock Armory are regulated under federal and Texas state law, including but not limited to:
- Firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns): All firearm purchases must comply with federal law and Texas law. Firearms may only be transferred to customers through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 922.
- NFA Items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.): Purchases of items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) require compliance with ATF regulations, including submission of the appropriate ATF forms and payment of the applicable tax.
- Ammunition: Sales of ammunition are subject to age verification and applicable state and federal law.
- High-Capacity Magazines and Accessories: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product purchased complies with the laws of their state or locality.
By purchasing regulated items, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, possession, and use of such items complies with all applicable laws.
3. FFL Transfers
Firearms purchased through our website cannot be shipped directly to customers. All firearm purchases must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. By placing an order for a firearm, you agree to:
- Provide us with the name, address, and FFL license number of your chosen dealer before the firearm is shipped.
- Complete all required federal and state background checks (ATF Form 4473) at the receiving FFL dealer.
- Pay any fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer for the transfer.
We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations resulting from background check outcomes or dealer requirements.
4. Orders and Payment
a) Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only when we send a written order confirmation and the item has been prepared for shipment.
b) Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
c) Taxes
Orders are subject to applicable Texas state and local sales taxes, as well as any applicable federal excise taxes (including the 11% federal excise tax on firearms and 10% on handguns under the Pittman-Robertson Act). Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
d) Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
e) Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Policy
a) Shipping Restrictions
Firearms and certain regulated products are subject to shipping restrictions under federal law. We ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.
b) Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
c) Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
a) Firearms
All firearm sales are final. Firearms may not be returned once transferred through an FFL dealer, as required by federal law. If a firearm is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
b) Non-Firearm Products
Non-firearm products (accessories, ammunition, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Ammunition sales are final and non-refundable once shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
c) Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
d) Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
7. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our website in any way that violates applicable federal, Texas state, or local law.
- Attempt to purchase products for persons who are legally prohibited from possessing them (“straw purchases”), which is a federal felony.

- You will comply with all applicable federal and Texas state laws regarding the storage, transport, and use of firearms.
- You are solely responsible for the safe storage of any firearm to prevent access by unauthorized persons, including minors.
- We are not liable for any misuse of products purchased from us.
Texas law encourages responsible firearm storage. We recommend using gun safes, trigger locks, or other secure storage solutions.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation.
